70000 Tons Of Metal News

As if an all metal cruise wasn't enough Brave Words has reported four killer shows for fans of classic metal.

First up for thrash fans Testament has two special shows planned. They will be performing the incredible 1987 release "The Legacy" in it's entirety and as if that weren't enough the next appearance will be a performance of 1988's "The New Order"

Still not enough incentive for ya? How about NWOBHM legends Saxon doing their classic "Wheels Of Steel" album and on their second night they will be rolling out the entire "Strong Arm Of The Law" album. Both of these albums hit the shores of North America in 1980 and were instant classics and served as the heavy metal gateway for many metal fans.

The rest of the current lineup include AGENT STEEL, AMON AMARTH, BLACKGUARD, BLIND GUARDIAN, CRIPPER, DARK TRANQUILLITY, DEATH ANGEL, DUSKMACHINE, ENSIFERUM, EPICA, EXODUS, FEAR FACTORY, FINNTROLL, FORBIDDEN, GAMMA RAY, ICED EARTH, KORPIKLAANI, MARDUK, MOONSPELL, NEVERMORE, OBITUARY, RAGE, RAVEN, ULI JON ROTH, SABATON, SANCTUARY, SAXON, SODOM, SONATA ARCTICA, SWASHBUCKLE, TESTAMENT, TROUBLE, TWILIGHT OF THE GODS, TÝR, UNLEASHED, VOIVOD, WITCHBURNER.

The cruise sails out on 24-Jan and runs for four days of heavy metal thunder. For more info and to reserve your place in metal history head over to 70000tons.com
