Some thoughts

1. Halestorm get Reanimated on new ep- covers of Judas Priest, Pat Benatar, Fleetwood Mac, Marilyn Manson and others. Will all you bands out there just STOP DOING THESE. They are a quick cash grab job and they all say they are done for fun. Well the jokes on us. The novelty of these things is over.

2. The new Metallica movie Through The Never is billed as a mixture of concert footage and fictional narrative. I'm not exactly jumping up and down at the prospect of seeing this. I wish St. Anger was a work of fiction.

3. Zakk Wylde has his own brand of coffee. I suppose he can't drink beer anymore. Valhalla Java Odinforce blend, you couldn't make this shit up.

4. Machine Head's frontman congratulates Avenged Sevenfold on their new "covers" album hitting number 1 in the U.S. Good for you Robb. Only problem is everyone is ripping everyone off. The Blackening isn't exactly original and the less said about The Burning Red's Limp Bizkit overtones the better.

5. Sebastian Bach says he was asked to join Motley Crue before John Corabi. Wow, something comes out of Baz's mouth instead of crap about a Skid Row reunion.

6. Tony Iommi says he doesn't know the reasons why Bill Ward didn't return to Sabbath. Hey....Tony.....you hurt his ego by not flashing the $$$$$$$$. Read his website. Oh and Ozzy said he was fat and couldn't play a full set.
