RIVAL SONS announced as special guests for DEEP PURPLE European tour

Long Beach, California's RIVAL SONS have been announced as special guests for a European tour with British rock legends DEEP PURPLE.

The tour follows an impressive list of achievements for RIVAL SONS, whose latest album, 'Great Western Valkyrie' stormed into the charts around the world on its release.  It was rated the number one album of 2014 by Classic Rock magazine in a year which also saw the band gain high-profile TV slots on Late Night with David Letterman and Later... with Jools Holland.

The five-and-a-half week tour includes a special show at the O2 Arena in London on Thursday, 3rd December.  Tickets are available from http://www.livenation.co.uk or http://www.ticketmaster.co.uk

RIVAL SONS guitarist Scott Holiday comments:

"There's only so many bands that can ACTUALLY occupy the limited space reserved for what we call LEGENDS (a term thrown around far too loosely these days).  A band we can say without a doubt occupy this space comfortably is Deep Purple.  I cut my teeth on those early records...
